The Chezzetcook-Musquodobit Trail is located approximately 30 km east of Dartmouth, NS along the beautiful Eastern Shore. The trail can be accessed from almost anywhere along the number 7 highway from Chezzetcook to Musquodoboit Harbour. However the extreme ends of the trail are located as follows:

Chezzetcook Access: Take 107 to exit 21. At the off ramp stop sign turn left. Follow this road for approximately 0.5km until you come to a bridge, the start of the trail is on your right hand side next to the river. Parking is available just before the river on Brookside Lane leading to the Industrial Park.

Musquodoboit Harbour Access: Take the 107 to its end, where it then joins up to the number 7 highway. Take the number 7 highway to Musquodobit Harbour route 357, approximately 4km. The CMT trail ends at the 357 and the Musquodobit Rail Trail starts. Parking is available in any one of the lots or at the Recreational centre.
